The shell sheet below is a board made from New Zealand PAUA Blue.
There are many kinds of shells, but they are frequently changed depending on the rareness and supply / demand.
*** Draw the design you want to make on a thin sheet of paper, then glue the shell sheet for 50 ~ 100 seconds. (glue: solved well in water)
*** After that, a thin sheet of paper with a design drawn was placed on a shell sheet.
Then, on a cutting machine with a diamond scarf, and manually cutting a hand-designed shell sheet carefully, the following primary workpiece is produced.
*** After that, if you immerse cut shell pieces in hot water for 30 minutes ~ 1 hour, glue used as glue melts and is separated by individual operation of thickness 0.15mm as below. (Temperature around 60-70 degrees)
*** Immerse the soaked shell pieces in the prepared glue and prepare ceramic tiles and tweezers.
Carefully pick up the shell pieces immersed in the glue with tweezers and place them on the tiles
I put it according to the design.
Place shell pieces on the tiles in the desired design and dry them at room temperature for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
(7) Last job (This job should be done in a dusty, clean place.)
a) After the above work, coat the tile surface with acrylic urethane using a brush.
b) After drying (a), dry for 1-2 days.
c) After that, gently polish the surface of the tile which is coated with a very soft sandpaper.
d) Repeat steps (a) ~ (c) two or three times.
e) Lastly, the surface should be hardened by drying the tile for 5-7 days. (If you have an oven, put it in the oven and dry it for 12 hours – 1 day.)

varnish )
(2) Brushes
It is not a commonly used brush, but a fine brush made from human hair used in art or craft.
