Great news for our U.S. customers: international postal dispatch from Korea Post to the United States has been fully reinstated, with USPS handling final delivery stateside. All parcels move on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis through the postal network, so any applicable duties/taxes are prepaid.

Important: Neither Korea Post nor USPS will ask you to pay anything at the door.

What changes for your orders

  • Service available again: We can now send U.S.-bound parcels through Korea Post, with last-mile delivery by USPS.

  • DDP included: Duties and taxes are pre-paid via the postal channel (DDP).

  • No doorstep charges: Korea Post/USPS will not request additional payment upon delivery.

  • We handle customs: We submit product details, quantity, value, HS code, and country of origin—no extra paperwork from you.

  • Transit times: As operations ramp back up, some routes may see initial processing queues. Delivery speeds can vary by destination and customs workload.

Q. Do I need to do anything special at checkout?
A. No. We file the required customs declaration through Korea Post.

Q. Will I be billed duties when my package arrives?
A. No. Under DDP with Korea Post → USPS, any applicable duties/taxes are prepaid, so neither Korea Post nor USPS will collect money on delivery.

Q. Who actually delivers my parcel in the U.S.?
A. USPS performs final delivery. Acceptance and export occur with Korea Post in Korea.
