03 / PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Product information and availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, prices, and availability information are accurate.

Natural materials, handmade details, lighting, and screen settings may cause minor differences in color, pattern, texture, or appearance. These differences do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

Product availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable or a significant listing error is discovered, we may contact you before dispatch or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Order confirmation

After you submit an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. An order confirmation means that we have received your request; it does not always mean that the order has been finally accepted for dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order if payment verification fails, the product is unavailable, the delivery address is incomplete, the order appears fraudulent, or a material pricing or listing error has occurred.

04 / PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment and delivery made clear

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate name, delivery address, postal code, telephone number, and email address.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or unclaimed delivery may be charged to the customer.

05 / RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If your order is not right for you

If you need to request a cancellation, return, exchange, or refund, please contact ShellSheet before sending a product back.

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a clear description of the reason for your request.

Return shipping costs

When a return is requested because of a change of mind or an incorrect customer-provided address, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

When an item is defective, damaged before delivery, or materially different from the order, ShellSheet will review the case and may cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Refund processing

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund result. Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.

06 / PRODUCT EXCEPTIONS

Products that may have special return conditions

Some products may be subject to return restrictions because of their nature, hygiene requirements, personalization, digital delivery, or the condition of the product after opening or use.

• Personalized or specially prepared products.
• Sealed products opened for hygiene or safety reasons.
• Digital content after delivery or access has begun.
• Products clearly identified as non-returnable on the product page.

These restrictions do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply when a product is defective, damaged, or materially different from its description.

For customers subject to Korean consumer protection law, online purchases may generally be cancelled within seven days from the date the goods are received, subject to statutory exceptions. If the goods differ from the advertised or agreed content, additional cancellation rights may apply. Please contact us promptly so that we can review your situation.
