Support when something does not go as planned

Some purchases made through PayPal may qualify for PayPal Purchase Protection. Eligibility, exclusions, claim deadlines, and other conditions are governed by the applicable PayPal terms.

Purchase Protection does not automatically cover every transaction. If there is a problem with your order, please contact ShellSheet first so that we can review the matter and try to resolve it.

Payment confirmation

A payment confirmation from PayPal or your card issuer confirms that the payment request has been processed. ShellSheet may still need to review the order before dispatch.

Currency conversion

Your bank, card issuer, or PayPal may apply its own exchange rate or currency conversion fee when your account uses another currency.

Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider or card issuer.

Payment problems

If your payment is pending, declined, duplicated, or missing from your order, please contact us with your order number.
